Raw Pigment. Roussillon. Rich Textile.
Ochre is a warm, golden yellow with earthy depth — one of humanity's oldest natural pigments, mined for centuries from the dramatic cliffs of Roussillon in the Luberon. The same pigment that colored cave walls, medieval frescoes, and the beautiful linens found in the markets of Provence. These 12" beeswax taper candles (sold as a set of two) are hand-dipped in pure North American beeswax sourced from responsible beekeepers, and infused with natural plant-based pigments for a luxurious depth of color, then given one final hand dip for a smoother surface and a beautiful finish at the base. Call them tapers, dinner candles, or candlesticks — they bring a warm glow to everyday moments, from morning coffee to a table set for people you love. Each pair fits standard taper holders.
Made by hand in Santa Barbara, California.
