Are your candles dripless?
Our candles are designed to be dripless when burned away from draft. To avoid dripping burn your tapers away from drafts such as, open windows, fans, and vents. The candles will most likely drip if they are outdoor and there is even a slight draft.
What are your candles made from?
All of our candles are made of 100% pure North American Beeswax and cotton wicks. We color the candles with hand mixed plant dyes.
Where are your products made?
Our products are designed and hand-made in Santa Barbara, California.
Do you offer special rates for large orders/events?
Yes we do! If you are interested in purchasing over 100 candles, please e-mail us at hello@gloamgoods.com with your inquiry. We also offer color customization and special installations for events. Reach out to us to find out more.
Gifting
Can I include a gift note with my purchase?
We’re happy to include a handwritten note on your behalf. Please follow the directions at checkout to include your personal note.
Do you offer gift cards?

Do you offer corporate gifting?

Shipping
How much does it cost to ship my order?
We are pleased to offer free FedEx Ground shipping on orders over $99! Please ensure this shipping option is selected at checkout to receive free shipping. Shipping times depend on the shipping speed and carrier selected at checkout. We also offer a $15 flat rate shipping via USPS. Please see this page for more information.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the US and Canada.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer international shipping to Canada, if you are outside of the US or Canada please drop us a line at hello@gloamgoods.com so we can look into shipping rates and times for your location.
Where can I find the status of my order?
Upon checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email, and then another email from Glōam once your order has shipped.
How long does it take for my package to ship from your studio?
We are a small team (2 to be precise!) and we do our best to get the orders ready to ship as soon as we can. We aim to process and fulfill orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Rates may vary based on the products ordered and location of the customer.
What is your return policy?
REFUND POLICY
We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase! To initiate a return or exchange, please email hello@gloamgoods.com with your name and order number and we will gladly assist you.
For US orders, full price merchandise may be returned for store credit only within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Kindly note, the customer is responsible for return shipping and the parcel must be postmarked within the 7 day timeframe. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. We suggest you choose a trackable shipping service as Glōam is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage during transport.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition and purchased on Gloamgoods.com. Kindly note, we do not accept returns or process exchanges on products purchased from a stockist or retail partner. Please contact the respective customer support team directly for information on their return policy.
Unfortunately, we do not accept international returns from Canada at this time. All final sale items are nonrefundable.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or is missing?
