Shipping Policy

Orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our Santa Barbara, California studio within 1–3 business days. Many orders ship sooner.

We currently ship within the United States via USPS and UPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout. Complimentary standard shipping is offered on U.S. orders over $99. Expedited shipping options are available at the rates shown at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date from the carrier. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping service and destination.

If there is a problem with your shipment—including a lost, delayed, incorrect, or damaged order—please contact us at hello@gloamgoods.com with your order number. We will look into the issue and work with you on the appropriate solution.
